De Pardieu advises CIC Lyonnaise de Banque on the financing of the Acquisition of Osmozis by the Passman Group

De Pardieu has advised CIC Lyonnaise de Banque on the financing of the acquisition by Passman Group, a leader in network management and digital solutions, of Osmozis, a major supplier and operator of Wifi networks and the Internet of Things dedicated to campsites and holiday homes.

CIC Lyonnaise de Banque will finance the acquisition of a controlling interest in Osmozis. This acquisition will be followed by the filing by the Passman Group of a Simplified Tender Offer for the remaining shares issued by Osmozis at a price of 15.00 euros per share paid in cash. CIC Lyonnaise de Banque will also finance this Offer and, as applicable, the squeeze-out that may follow.
