Advising GreenYellow in the sale of a majority stake in a company holding a portfolio of six photovoltaic power stations to DIF Infrastructure III

Advising GreenYellow, subsidiary of Casino Group dedicated to the development of renewable energies, in the sale to the Dutch infrastructure fund DIF Infrastructure III of a 85% equity stake in a holding that owns a portfolio comprising six photovoltaic power stations with a capacity of 24 MWc; GreenYellow retaining the balance of the share capital.

These power stations, the development of which is ensured by Casino Group, will be installed on the roofs and parking shelters of hypermarkets and shopping malls owned by Casino Group and located in the South of France.
