Advising Caisse des dépôts et consignations on its acquisition of a 35%-stake in ADB Solaire, company specialized in the development of renewable energies and holding the rights and permits for the development and operation of 5 solar plants of an aggregated capacity of 22.8 MWp located in Ardèche and Hautes-Alpes. In the mean time, ESSPROD (subsidiary of Energie et Services de Seyssel) and RETPROD (subsidiry of Régie du Syndicat Intercommunal de d’Electricité de la Vallée de Thônes) each acquired a 15%-stake in ADB Solaire, while CN’AIR (susidiary of Compagnie Nationale du Rhône) holds 35% of the share capital. The project will be partly financed by Bpifrance Financement. The construction of the plants will be conducted by Bouygues and Ineo and maintenance of the plants by Ineo, under the supervision of Compagnie Nationale du Rhône.
