Advising the acquirers, a group of French and European investors, led by the French entrepreneur Frank Supplisson, and supported by Guy Dollé, former Arcelor chief executive, in connection with the financing of the takeover bid for the French group Ascométal which was approved by the Commercial Court of Nanterre on May 22, 2014.

The financing is comprised of a first capital increase of €47.242M that will be followed in September by a second capital increase to boost equity to €55.5M and will include:

–       the entry of the Lorraine Region

–       a new capital contribution by the existing shareholders

The senior debt amounts to €40M.

The six French sites and almost all jobs (1820 out of 1900) were accordingly maintained.
