De Pardieu advises CA INDOSUEZ, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and LCL on the financing of the acquisition by Humières Saint Germain of a building located Boulevard Saint Germain with a view to transforming it into a five-star hotel

De Pardieu has advised CA INDOSUEZ, the parent company of the Indosuez Wealth Management group, bringing together all the wealth management entities of the Crédit Agricole group, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and LCL on the financing of the acquisition of a building located in Paris, Boulevard Saint Germain, acquired by Humières Saint Germain (SPV resulting from a joint venture between the Bolloré group, Gaia Capital and Mindston Capital) with a view to transforming it into a five-star hotel.

The firm has advised CA INDOSUEZ, CACIB and LCL on the structuring of the financing of the acquisition, by Humières Saint Germain, of a residential and office building located Boulevard Saint Germain in Paris (75007) in connection with a project intended to transform the said building into a five-star hotel.
