De Pardieu advises the Altice group on the exclusive negotiation for the sale of its majority stake in Intelcia

De Pardieu has advised the Altice group on the entry into exclusive negotiations for the sale of its majority stake in the Moroccan call center group Intelcia.

The contemplated transaction pertains to the sale of the 65% equity stake held by the Altice group in Intelcia’s share capital to its minority shareholders and management team. The Intelcia group ranks as the third-largest player in the call center market for French-speaking clients. It operates in 19 countries and employs 40,000 people.

The transaction remains subject to consultation with the staff representative bodies and to customary conditions precedent, including obtaining the required approvals from the relevant authorities. Completion of the transaction is scheduled for the first quarter of 2026.
