De Pardieu advises the lender ING Bank N.V. on the structuring of afinancing for a company owned by a joint venture controlled by thefunds Ares Capital Corporation and Valfondo Invest Management

De Pardieu has advised ING Bank N.V., a global bancassurance financial institution of Dutch origin, on the financing of the acquisition and development of a logistics platform located in the North of France and leased in future state of completion (état futur d’achèvement) to the Action group. The borrower is owned by a joint venture controlled by the funds Ares Capital Corporation, a U.S. alternative investment firm, and Valfondo Invest Management, a pioneering independent investment vehicle manager in the Spanish logistics segment.

The transaction has permitted the acquisition and should permit the development of a logistics platform located in the North of France with a view to leasing it to the Action group.
