De Pardieu advises the sellers on the sale of the ilot chirac to Eiffel One

De Pardieu has advised the sellers on the sale of the îlot Chirac, a 13,000 sq.m asset located on the Champ-de-Mars opposite the Eiffel Tower, to Eiffel One, an investment vehicle owned by Eric Sitruk and Thomas Fabius.

The îlot Chirac, formerly named îlot Branly, is a 13,000 sq.m residential complex built in 1911 and comprising four buildings and an inner courtyard, located next to the Eiffel Tower, between the quais de Seine and rue de Buenos-Aires.
