Paul Talbourdet advises a wide range of French and international clients (listed and unlisted companies in the financial and insurance sectors, cooperative groups in the food-processing industry, major industrial groups and investment funds), and has extensive experience in the investment and financing of real estate transactions and complex real estate schemes and projects.
Head of the Dispute Resolution team, Paul Talbourdet is also very experienced in advsing his clients in banking, insurance and insolvency law. His practice mainly focuses on business litigation.
He is director and treasurer of the Association des Amis de la Bibliothèque Nationale de France, administrator of the Source Dinard, member of the editorial board of Opérations Immobilières (Éditions Le Moniteur), member of the editorial board of the legal magazine Tribonien and class representative of the ESCP’89 alumni association. He is also the co-author of numerous articles and publications in his practice areas and in the history of law.
He joined De Pardieu in 1994 and has been practicing in the Real Estate, Dispute Resolution and Insolvency – Restructuring teams as partner since 1999.
