Paul Talbourdet advises a large number of French and international clients and has recognised expertise in the fields of investment and the financing of real estate transactions, as well as in complex real estate arrangements and files. Head of the Litigation team, Paul Talbourdet also provides his clients with expertise in business litigation. His litigation practice focuses mainly on real estate law, financial law and corporate insolvency law.
He is director and treasurer of the Association des Amis de la Bibliothèque Nationale de France, administrator of the Source Dinard, member of the editorial board of Opérations Immobilières (Éditions Le Moniteur), member of the editorial board of the legal magazine Tribonien and class representative of the ESCP’89 alumni association. He is also the co-author of numerous articles and publications in his practice areas and in the history of law.
He joined De Pardieu in 1994 and has been practicing in the Real Estate, Dispute Resolution and Insolvency – Restructuring teams as partner since 1999.
