Guillaume Touttée specializes in mergers & acquisitions, securities law, private equity and distressed M&A. He mainly advises finance companies, industrial groups and investment funds on transactions in France and abroad.

He is also co-author of the article “Securities World: jurisdictional comparison: France” published in European Lawyer Reference Series, 2007.

He joined the Corporate – M&A team of De Pardieu as partner in 2002.
