De Pardieu has advised UI Investissement and MACSF on their investment in the capital of the ADIT Group, the European leader in strategic intelligence and operational support for companies and the State internationally. This transaction is accompanied by the reinvestment of the existing shareholders and the entry into the capital of several new shareholders, namely Covéa, the Fonds Stratégique de Participation (FSP), Florac, Impala, Stags and Weinberg Capital Partners’ fund, Eiréné.
