De Pardieu Brocas Maffei has advised Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank on the setting up of a green loan (in accordance with the Green Loan Principles issued by the LMA) for the acquisition and the development by Osae Partners and Alios Développement of an office building developing approximately 3.000 sq.m and located in the heart of the QCA at 98 rue de la Victoire in Paris (75009).

Composed of a particular stone mansion with an Art Deco facade on the street side and a more recent extension in the heart of the block, this real estate asset will be completely renovated by the firm RDAI (architects) in order to offer future users a latest generation office building.
