De Pardieu Brocas Maffei advises Apera on the setting-up of a unitranche bond issue

De Pardieu Brocas Maffei has advised Apera Asset Management, a European player in private debt for SMEs and mid-market companies, on the setting-up of a unitranche financing for the acquisition of six dental prostheses suppliers by Chronos Dental.

Chronos Dental is an independent network of high-growth laboratories, comprising 9 laboratories in France. The latest acquisitions will contribute to the expansion of the group’s geographical footprint, which now covers 6 regions in France.
