Alice Gaillard advises regulated entities and their executives on transactional matters and contentious situations, particularly in proceedings before administrative authorities and in dealings with investors.

Drawing on nine years’ experience within the enforcement divisions of the Autorité des marchés financiers and the Haute Autorité de l’Audit, she has developed extensive expertise regarding regulatory expectations, investigations, and enforcement proceedings.

Her practice focuses primarily on advising asset managers, statutory auditors, and listed companies on regulatory matters, particularly in relation to financial disclosure, fraud, conflicts of interest, and market abuse.

She also advises regulated entities on restructuring and acquisition transactions, as well as on sustainability, duty of vigilance, compliance, and anti-greenwashing matters.

A member of the “Sustainable Finance” working groups of the Medef and the Autorité des normes comptables, she contributes to the work of the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group on the draft European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), and also participates in the working group of the Haut Comité Juridique de la Place Financière de Paris on the Omnibus Directives. She also teaches Sustainable Corporations law at Paris II Panthéon-Assas University.

She joined the Dispute Resolution and Stock market transactions & capital markets teams of De Pardieu as counsel in 2021.
