Arthur Bosc specialises in property law and property finance, with a practice covering property transactions, development projects, asset and property management contracts, construction contracts and commercial leases, as well as joint ventures. He advises listed and unlisted property companies, French and foreign investment funds, insurance companies, developers, operators and occupiers.
Arthur has developed particular expertise in commercial property (offices, retail, logistics and hospitality) and residential property, notably in serviced apartments, co-living and managed assets – sectors characterised by the rise of new uses and increasingly sophisticated contractual models.
He joined De Pardieu’s Property team as an associate in 2017 and was promoted to counsel in 2026.
