Arthur Bosc advises listed and unlisted property companies, French and foreign investment funds, insurance companies, developers, end-users and credit institutions. He specializes in real estate law and real estate finance.

His practice focuses on transactional commercial real estate aspects, asset management contracts, construction contracts and commercial leases and he has further developed an expertise in residential real estate with a particular focus on managed real estate assets (serviced residences, coliving…).

He joined the Real Estate team of De Pardieu as an associate in 2017.
