Côme Chaine joined the Debt Finance team of De Pardieu in 2011 and was appointed as counsel in 2022.
He advises French and international clients (credit institutions, investment services providers, investors, rating agencies), and has a recognized expertise in banking and financial regulations, asset management and insurance law (approvals and passports, shareholding modifications, portfolio transfers, distribution of banking and financial products, governance, LCB-FT, etc.).
Côme Chaine is also experienced in advising fintechs on their rules of organization and good conduct and assists companies with compliance issues (including AML/CFT, fight against corruption, whistle-blowing, etc.).
Côme Chaine routinely acts on behalf of foreign investors in front of the French Ministry of Economy and Finance in connection with foreign investments control procedures.
