Léa Ghoreychi supports French and international clients (major groups, SMEs, public institutions, associations and employers’ federations) operating in a wide range of sectors, including industry, metallurgy, oil and petrochemicals, construction, energy, finance, services and trade.
She assists clients with all their individual and collective employment and social security law issues. She is involved in both day-to-day operations and reorganization projects (mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, transfers, etc.).
She also appears before all civil, criminal and administrative authorities and jurisdictions to defend her clients’ interests in contentious and pre-litigious matters.
She joined the Employment Law team in 2025.
