De Pardieu has advised the Haudecoeur group on its acquisition of Heliadis Belgium.

Founded in 1932, the Haudecoeur group is active in the import, manufacture and distribution of grocery products. It processes and/or manufactures rice, pulses, dried fruits, spices, cereals, sauces, pastillas, confectionery, tea and other products in around 60 countries. These products are then distributed through specialist networks and major retail chains.

The transaction involved the acquisition of Heliadis Belgium, distributor of the Nawhal’s sauces and creator of the Algerian sauce.
