De Pardieu has advised the Haudecoeur group on the financing of its acquisition of Natur Food.

Founded in 1932, the Haudecoeur group is active in the import, manufacture and distribution of grocery products. It processes and/or manufactures rice, pulses, dried fruits, spices, cereals, sauces, pastillas, confectionery, tea and other products in around 60 countries. These products are then distributed through specialist networks and major retail chains.

Natur Food is a German company specializing in the import and distribution of products for the Turkish community.
