De Pardieu Brocas Maffei is pleased to announce the appointment of Frédéric Keller as Partner in the Corporate M&A team

Frédéric Keller, 42, specializes in mergers and acquisitions and stock exchange regulations. He advises listed and non-listed companies in the finance and insurance sector, major agricultural cooperatives, major industrial groups and investment funds in relation to their transactions in France and abroad.
Member of the Paris Bar since 2004, Frédéric Keller holds a post graduate degree (DEA) in Business law and Economy from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (2003), an advanced degree (DESS) from the Institute of Business Administration of the University of Nice (1997) and a Master degree in wealth management from CERAM – ESC of Nice Sophia-Antipolis (1997).
Frédéric Keller started his career at the private bank department of Crédit Agricole Indosuez in Geneva (1999-2002). He joined the firm De Pardieu Brocas Maffei as an associate in 2004 and he was appointed Counsel in 2013.

The department is also very active in private equity, distressed M&A, capital markets and other public M&A transactions.
