De Pardieu Brocas Maffei announces the appointment as Counsel of:
- Elise Bénéat in Employment Law
- Benjamin Magnet in Restructuring, Insolvency and Dispute Resolution
- Jérôme Mas in Tax Law
- Anne Richier in Urban Planning & Development

Elise Bénéat specialises in employment law, she works in the various fields of employment law and social security law in advice as well as in litigation. She advises national and international groups and companies as well as public bodies, associations and employers’ federations
Member of the Paris bar since 2001, Elise Bénéat holds a postgraduate degree (DEA) in Employment Law and Trade Union Law, an advanced degree (magistère) in Employment Law (1997) and a postgraduate degree (DESS) in Social Security Law (1998) from the University of Paris X Nanterre.
Before joining De Pardieu Brocas Maffei as an associate in November 2014, she previously worked in the law firm PRAXES Avocats (2001 – 2014).

Benjamin Magnet handles debt restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings, both advising clients and representing them in court, particularly in the context of international transactions. He also specializes in commercial, banking, financial and business liability litigation.
He mainly advises French and foreign creditors (financial institutions), industrial groups and services providers.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2005, Benjamin Magnet graduated from the IEP of Paris in 2001. Concurrently, he attended a cycle in law at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and holds an advanced degree (DESS) in tax and business law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (2003).
He joined the firm De Pardieu Brocas Maffei as an associate in 2007, after working at Simmons & Simmons (2004-2006).

Jérome Mas specialises in corporate tax. His practice mainly focuses on structurings and investment financing, both within the context of LBO in financial sector.
He advises French groups as well as international investors.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2004, he holds an advanced degree (DESS-DJCE) in tax and business law from the University of Paris II Panthéon – Assas (2002).
He joined the firm De Pardieu Brocas Maffei as a senior associate in 2011, after working at Grand Auzas & Associés (2004), Ashurst (2005-2007) and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (2007-2009).

Anne Richier specialises in urban planning, development and environmental law. She intervenes in the structuring of complex real estate transactions (regulatory and operational urban planning, commercial development, classified facilities for the protection of the environment, expropriation and preemption) and handles both advisory and litigation matters.
She also assists the firm’s clients in the field of renewable energies, including in the context of the development and financing of wind parks, photovoltaic power stations and cogeneration plants.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2004, Anne Richier graduated from the Institut de Droit Public des Affaires (2003), and holds an advanced degree (DESS) in international administration from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (1999) and she graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, Public Service section (1998).
She joined Pardieu Brocas Maffei in 2007 as an associate and was appointed as Counsel in April 2017, after working at Orrick Rambaud Martel (2004-2007).
