Élise Bénéat advises French and international clients (major groups,SMEs, public institutions, employers’ associations and federations) across a variety of sectors including industry, construction, metallurgy, oil and petrochemicals, renewable energies, telecoms, food processing industry, transports, services and retail, information technologies, banking, real estate, property development and the hotel industry .
Élise Bénéat has a recognized expertise in employment law (individual and collective employment relationships, employee savings schemes, criminal labor law, etc.) and social security law (occupational illness, workplace accidents, Urssaf inspections) and is highly experienced in handling both advisory and litigation matters in all types of business.
Her practice also covers individual litigation, assistance for reorganization, high-risk litigation, risk prevention and management (including psychosocial and criminal risks) and departures of executive officers.
In charge of training sessions in employment law for companies, employers’ federations and training agencies, she is also the author of several articles and publications in her practice area and regularly appears in the media on current topics.
She joined De Pardieu at the end of 2014 and was appointed as counsel in 2017.
