The Social Security Financing Bill for 2025 (PLFSS) No. 325 has been submitted to the National Assembly : The Social Security Financing Bill for 2025 (PLFSS) was presented to the Council of Ministers and submitted to the National Assembly on October 10th. Several measures are planned :
- Overhaul of General Social Contribution Reduction Schemes (Article 6)
- Apprenticeship, integration of the portion of apprentices’ remuneration exceeding 1.5 times the minimum wage (SMIC) into the CSG base (Article 7)
- Postponement to July 1st of the Revaluation of Basic Retirement Pensions (Article 23)
- Improvement of the Compensation Scheme for Victims of Work Accidents or Occupational Diseases (AT-MP) (Article 24)
PAID LEAVE
- An employee on sick leave prior to April 24, 2024, who has accrued paid leave for a period of absence due to a work accident or occupational disease (AT-MP), can claim their paid leave rights for a period exceeding one year.
TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
- The employer can use evidence obtained from an employee’s personal USB drive to justify a dismissal for gross misconduct.
- The dismissal of an employee is null and void if it is based on personal messages exchanged via a professional tool.
- A fact from an employee’s personal life does not always fall within the intimacy of their private life.
