Matthieu Candia specializes in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, with a strong focus on mid-market leveraged buyouts (LBOs). He advises private equity funds and industrial groups on their transactions in France and internationally.
He is experienced in representing private equity clients throughout the investment cycle, including primary and secondary transactions, acquisitions and disposals, portfolio company build-ups, reorganizations and refinancings. His practice also involves advising management teams on leveraged transactions and the structuring and implementation of management incentive schemes.
On the corporate side, he advises industrial groups on their acquisition and disposal transactions, including asset acquisitions and divestments.
Matthieu began his career at De Pardieu in 2012 and was promoted to partner in 2022.
