Advisors to Crédit Agricole Assurances (through its subsidiary Predica) and Aviva France in the acquisition of “Campus SFR” located in Saint-Denis (93) from Vinci Immobilier and SFR, for a global amount of € 680 M, and in the subscription of a facility mortgage.

The Campus SFR represents a surface area of 134.000 s.q m and is leased to SFR for 12 years.
