Alexandre Eberhardt’s practice covers French and European merger control, anti-competitive practices and restrictive practices law (in both advisory and litigation matters). He also has a wide-ranging expertise in follow-on litigation and in distribution law (commercial contracts and distribution networks).
He advises a number of French and international groups (banks and financial institutions, real estate companies, syndicates, investment funds and family groups), active in a wide range of sectors (real estate, industry, automotive, agri-foodstuffs, retail, transport, healthcare, etc.).
