Advising the lenders in connection with the financing of the ice rink of Cergy-Pontoise (“Aren’Ice” Project)

The Communauté d’Agglomération de Cergy-Pontoise (CACP) entered on February 3, 2014 into the public service delegation contract relating to the construction and the operation of the ice rink of Cergy-Pontoise (“Aren’Ice” Project) with Projet UNIVERS GLACE set up by the group comprising CFA, FIDEPPP 2, UCPA and Cofely.

The contract relates to the financing, design, construction, operation, maintenance and GER of the multifunctional and sport-oriented community equipment of Cergy-Pontoise, housing the Centre National de Hockey sur Glace.

The public service delegation contract is concluded for a 25-year term.  The bank financing is ensured in its entirety by Crédit Foncier de France, Caisse d’Epargne et de Prévoyance d’Ile de France and BPIFrance Financem.
