Advising the lenders (Société Générale, NordLB (Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale) and Caisse des dépôts et consignations) in connection with the execution of a partnership agreement entered into on December 23, 2013 between Communauté d’Universités et d’Etablissements (CUE) Université Lille Nord de France and the Project Company EFFINOV incorporated by Eiffage with respect to the extension, construction and fitting-out of the Lille University (“Campus Grand Lille” Project).
The agreement relates to the design, the carrying out of construction and fitting-out works, the partial financing, the upkeep and maintenance and the technical operation of three types of projects
– the “Pôle Formation Santé” relating to the extension of training premises and the creation of a library;
– the “Projet Eurasport” relating to the creation of premises for a structure dedicated to research, development and training with respect to the adapted physical activity; and
– the “Campus IMMD-LEA” relating to the creation of premises to regroup the Institut de Marketing et du Management de la Distribution et des Langues Etrangères Appliquées.
The partnership agreement is entered into for a duration of 25 years of operation.
