Advising CECAZ, CEPAC, BFI France and Natixis in connection with the setting-up of the financing of the biomass power plant of Brignolles

Advising the arranger and the banking pool comprising CECAZ, CEPAC, BFI France and Natixis in connection with the setting-up of the financing intended for the design, construction and operation of the biomass power plant of Brignolles developed by Groupe Altawest/Inova and operated by Inova Var Biomasse, with the support of Caisse des Dépôts et consignations.

Pursuant to an authorization from the French Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE), Inova is entitled to operate a power generation unit from forest biomass with an electrical output of 21,5 MWc.
