Execution of a partnership agreement relating to the construction of 12 fire and emergency services stations in the Loiret

Advising the lender, NordLB, in connection with the execution of the partnership agreement relating to the design, construction, financing, upkeep, major maintenance and renewal, and technical operation of twelve fire and emergency services stations in the Loiret département entered into between Service Départemental d’Incendie et de Secours (SDIS) of the Loiret and Société Projet Casernes Du Loiret SPCL, set up by Vinci Construction France and DIF Infrastructure III.

The partnership agreement is entered into for an estimated term of 22 years.
