Advising the arranger and the banking pool in connection with the financing of a biomass-fuelled thermoelectric cogeneration plant located in Limoges and developed by Dalkia

De Pardieu Brocas Maffei has advised Crédit Agricole des Régions Centre Ingénierie Entreprise as arranger, Caisse Régionale De Crédit Agricole Mutuel Centre Ouest as lender and Crédit Agricole CIB as hedging bank in connection with the financing of the design, construction and operation of a thermoelectric cogeneration plant supplying the val de l’Aurence area in Limoges developed by Dalkia and operated by SDCL (Société de Distribution de Chaleur de Limoges).

Pursuant to a CRE 3 authorization, SDCL has been authorized to operate a biomass-fuelled power generation facility using turbo-alternator with a power capacity of 7.5 MW.

The investment is supported by Dalkia, Caisse des dépôts et consignations and Caisse Régionale De Crédit Agricole Mutuel Centre Ouest.
