Advising the Arrangers, the lenders and the hedging banks (NordLB and Crédit Foncier de France) in connection with the financing, design, construction, reconstruction, restructuring and maintenance of 3 secondary schools in the Var département.

Eiffage and the Var département signed a Public-Private Partnership agreement for this 27-year project on December 17, 2015.
