Advising the French group ETAM, specialising in ready-made clothes and in uncerwear (Etam, Undiz, Maison 123, Tammy), on the signature of a loan guaranteed by the French state (Prêt Garanti par l’État, or PGE) amounting to EUR 70M subscribe by a banking pool of ten banks (Banque Populaire du Nord, BNP Paribas, Caisse d’Epargne Centre Loire, Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel de Paris et d’Ile de France, Crédit Agricole CIB, Crédit du Nord, Crédit Industriel et Commercial, Crédit Lyonnais, Natixis and Société Générale).
