De Pardieu Brocas Maffei has advised the sellers including EMZ Partners, Siparex and BNP Paribas Developpement on exclusive negotiations with Sagard for the acquisition of Ginger CEBTP group, the French leader in prescription engineering.

Founded in 1933, the Ginger Group is the French leader in prescription engineering. Specializing in soil and environmental engineering, materials testing, and the health of structures and buildings, the Group is a key player in the land development, infrastructure, and construction sectors. Ginger’s expertise is built around a unique value chain: sampling, analysis, diagnosis, and recommendations. With more than 2,000 employees, including 850 engineers, and extensive sampling and analysis resources, Ginger offers its expertise through a network of 60 offices in eight countries, enabling it to work on projects of all sizes in France and abroad.

The acquisition would provide Ginger’s management team, which would remain a significant shareholder in the company, with the financial and human resources it needs to pursue its development in France and abroad, both through internal and external growth.
