De Pardieu Brocas Maffei has advised BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB and Société Générale on the setting-up of a long-term financing granted to a subsidiary of Powerhouse Habitat holding a portfolio of 4,400 residential units in France.
This transaction forms part of the refinancing of Powerhouse Habitat’s residential investment platform held by TwentyTwo Real Estate. The financing is secured by a nationwide portfolio of 4,400 single-family homes – primarily leased to EDF – held by Société des Agents Français Nucléaires (S.A.F.R.A.N.), a wholly owned subsidiary of Powerhouse Habitat.
The financing has been arranged by BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB and Société Générale and enables Powerhouse Habitat to secure its long-term financial resources while supporting the continued implementation of its investment strategy and the enhancement of its residential property portfolio.
