Advising Adagio and Pierre & Vacances-Center Parcs on the approval of Adagio conciliation protocol

De Pardieu Brocas Maffei has advised Adagio and Pierre & Vacances-Center Parcs on the approval of Adagio conciliation protocol concluded with its associates, Pierre & Vacances-Center Parcs group and Accor, and seven banking institutions, whose purpose is especially the conclusion of state-backed loans for an amount of around €23 million.

Adagio is a joint venture launched by the Accor Group and the Pierre & Vacances-Center Parcs Group, which manages tourist residences and offers apartments for rent in the heart of the world’s largest cities.
