Dolce&Gabbana and Shiseido Group have entered into a worldwide exclusive license agreement.

The agreement includes the development, manufacturing and distribution of Dolce&Gabbana’s fragrance, make-up and skincare products by Shiseido Group.

The transaction was submitted to antitrust authorities’ clearance.
