Advising the capital development entities of Crédit Agricole  (IDIA Capital Investissement, Crédit Agricole Alpes Développement and Carvest) on the acquisition of a minority stake in the capital of Dumont Investissement, alongside Etoile ID, the group Vicat and the historical shareholders for a capital increase of 15%, allowing the financing of the acquisition by Dumont Investissement of 21.13% SAMSE shares held by BME France.
