Advising the lenders in connection with the financing of the concession of the very high speed internet network located in Alsace

Advising the lenders (Societe Generale, Scor, Arkea, Caisse d’Epargne et Prevoyance d’Alsace, Caisse Regionale du Credit Agricole Alsace Vosges, CIC) in connection with the financing of the concession of the very high speed internet network located in Alsace.

The project will consist in the deployment of a Very and Ultra High Speed broadband telecommunications network, using in most of the cases a Fibre to the Home (FTTH) technology, in the Region of Alsace in France.
