Advising the private equity fund Ambienta on the acquisition of Nactis Flavours Group

Advising the Pan European private equity fund Ambienta on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital from the funders of Nactis Flavours Group (specialistic in aromatic raw materials, flavours, aromatic and functional ingredients) under a new holding « Nactarome », majority-owned by Ambienta and composed of two Italian groups – AromataGroup (a leading player in production of natural flavours, herb and plant extracts, and colourings) and IPAM (the Italian market leader in breading solutions and functional ingredients for the food industry, with special focus on the ready meal market segment).
