Advising Triangle Intérim Solutions RH on the acquisition of a majority stake in Régional Intérim

De Pardieu Brocas Maffei had advised Triangle Intérim Solutions RH, French family-owned company specialising in recruitment and HR solutions, on the acquisition of a majority stake in the Régional Intérim group, a major player with more than 75 employment agencies, mainly based in Western France. This is Triangle Intérim’s most important acquisition.

With this acquisition, Triangle Intérim continues to grow and directly challenges the leading players in the recruitment sector. Present in all sectors of activity, Régional Intérim is particularly competitive in the construction, public works and the agribusiness sectors.

Triangle Intérim now has more than 190 employment agencies in France and 250 worldwide.
