De Pardieu Brocas Maffei has advised BNP Paribas Asset Management on the setting-up of a bond financing (Euro PP) for the acquisition by LD Education – Unsere Champions of several nursery networks in Germany and Switzerland.
This bond financing provided by the teams of BNP Paribas ASSET MANAGEMENT, allows LD Education-Unsere Champions to enter a new stage in its development project. The group is thus becoming a key player in the daycare market in Bavaria and German-speaking Switzerland, with a portfolio of some forty daycare centres. Created in 2014 in Munich by two experienced entrepreneurs in the sector, Pierre and Marc DUEZ via their holding company ENJOY GROUP, Unsere Champions has developed a network of 25 private day care centres in Germany based on the best early learning programmes and founded on strict ecological and environmental criteria in terms of site design and operation.
This bond issue, which is fully subscribed to the BNP Paribas European SME Debt Fund 2 managed by BNP Paribas ASSET MANAGEMENT, optimises the financial structure of LD Education-Unsere Champions and supports a strong buy-and-build growth project with a target of one hundred crèches by 2024.
