Advising Gécina in connection with the sale of the shopping center Beaugrenelle, of which Gecina is shareholder at 75% alongside Foncière Euris, Rallye, Foncière Apsys and Paris Orléans to a consortium of private investors which team up with Apsys for an amount of €700 M.

The Commercial Centre involving a surface area of 45 000 sq.m hosts more than 110 shops, a department store, about ten restaurants with a view over the Seine as well as a 10-screan multiplex cinema and 1 100 car parks are available to visitors.
