De Pardieu has advised MBO+ on the sale of BCF Life Sciences, a European specialist in the extraction of free amino acids, to Sparkfood, a Portuguese investment fund specializing in food and belonging to the Sonae group.

BCF Life Sciences will continue to be managed by its current management team.
