De Pardieu advises Carvest on the strengthening of its equity stake in GL Events’ holding company

De Pardieu has advised Carvest and the Private Equity structures of the Caisse Régionale du Crédit Agricole Centre Est and the Crédit Agricole Group, on their acquisition of a stake in Polygone, the holding company of GL Events, replacing Ovalto.

This equity transaction strengthens the ties between Crédit Agricole Centre Est and the GL Events group, a key player on the 3 events markets and historically based in Lyon.
