De Pardieu has advised the Finamas group, property company of the Masliah family, on the acquisition of the “300 Prado” office building located in Marseille from the KanAm Grund Group.

With 5.000 square meters and 70 underground parking spaces, the “300 Prado” office building is located at the heart of the Carré d’Or district in Marseille. The building’s main tenants are EDF, Mazars and Médiaschool 5.
