De Pardieu advises Intervest on the acquisition of a portfolio of five logistics platforms from Ofi Invest Real Estate

De Pardieu has advised Intervest, a company specializing in logistics real estate, on the acquisition from Ofi Invest Real Estate of a portfolio of five logistics platforms and the related financing.

Delivered between 2014 and 2020, these logistics platforms are fully leased and comprise a total surface area of approximately 140,000 sq.m. They are located near Lyon (La Verpillière and Saint-Quentin-Fallavier), Troyes (Buchères), Angers (Verrières-en-Anjou), and Toulouse (Saint-Jory).

This transaction significantly expands Intervest’s presence in France and marks the company’s second strategic acquisition in the country, following its earlier entry into the French market through a partnership with Virtuo Industrial Property.
