De Pardieu has advised the banks on the financing of LFPI’s acquisition of a majority stake in CBM, an international specialist in the distribution of spare parts for buses and coaches.

The transaction forms part of CBM’s development strategy and is intended to support its organic growth, international expansion and external growth strategy.

Based in Rouillon, near Le Mans, CBM is a leading distributor of spare parts for buses and coaches. The group serves nearly 2,500 customers in more than 60 countries, generating over half of its revenue internationally. Its business model is built on a portfolio of more than 120,000 product references, recognized technical expertise and a global logistics network that enables it to meet the critical needs of fleet operators.

Upon completion of the transaction, LFPI will become the majority shareholder of CBM alongside the management team, which is significantly reinvesting in the group. This new phase is expected to enable CBM to accelerate its international development, particularly in Europe and North America, while pursuing an active external growth strategy.

The transaction financing has been arranged with a banking syndicate comprising BNP Paribas, LCL, Société Générale, CIC Ouest, La Banque Postale and Crédit Agricole Anjou Maine.
