Biographies :

Sandrine Azou is a member of the Paris Bar since 2009. She holds a postgraduate degree (DESS) in Law and Practice in Labor Relations (2008) and a Degree in Law, German Language and Civilization from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.

She specializes in advice and litigation in the various fields of labor law (individual and collective relations, employee savings, criminal labor law, etc.) and social security law (in particular Urssaf), acting on behalf of public institutions and national and international companies. Sandrine specifically assists companies in the implementation of complex projects (reorganizations, PSE, international mobility, etc.), in a wide range of economic contexts. She also handles sensitive disputes before the criminal courts (violations of working hours, safety and risk prevention issues, concealed work, etc.), labor courts (departure of key executives, harassment situations, etc.) and civil courts (collective disputes).

Before joining De Pardieu Brocas Maffei in November 2014, Sandrine Azou started her career at PRAXES Avocats in 2007 as a legal officer before becoming an associate in 2009.

Côme Chaine is a member of the New York (2010) and Paris (2011) bars. He holds a LL.M from Northwestern University School of Law (Chicago, 2009), a Postmaster degree in Business Law from University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (2008) and a Master’s degree in Sciences & Management specialized in Business Law from the University Paris-Dauphine (2008).

Côme’s practice focuses on banking and financial regulation, asset management, and insurance law (approvals and passports, changes of control, portfolio transfers, distribution of financial products, governance, AML-FT, etc.). In addition to credit institutions and insurance companies, he advises fintechs in relation to their organizational rules and good conduct. Côme also assists companies on compliance issues (anti-corruption, whistleblowers, international sanctions) and foreign investment control.

He joined De Pardieu Brocas Maffei as an associate in 2011.

Thibaut Lechoux is a member of the Paris Bar since 2012. He holds a Postgraduate degree in Law and Financial Engineering and a Master’s degree in Corporate Law and Finance from the University of Jean Moulin Lyon III.

He specializes in banking and finance, with a particular focus on acquisition financing (leveraged and unleveraged) and debt restructurings.

He joined De Pardieu Brocas Maffei as an associate in 2012.
