Julien Badaroux advises French and international clients (credit institutions, investment service providers, investors, rating agencies) and specializes in banking and financial regulations, asset management and insurance law (approvals and passports, shareholding modifications, portfolio transfers, distribution of banking and financial products, governance, LCB-FT, etc.).
Julien Badaroux is also experienced in advising fintechs on their rules of organization and good conduct and assists companies with compliance issues (including LCB-FT, fight against corruption, whistleblowing, etc.).
Julien Badaroux routinely acts on behalf of foreign investors in front of the French Ministry of Economy and Finance in connection with foreign investment control procedures.
